Disappointing performance review transformed!
Following a disappointing annual performance review with a prestigious organisation, this client contacted innerpower for help with tackling the issues raised. We identified specific areas of concern and worked with her to strengthen and develop the skills she needed in her changing role. We also addressed her confidence and interpersonal skills, whilst supporting her in raising her profile within the department.
