Yes, it leads to your comfort zone, but every time you take it, you feel bad, as indicated by the unhappiness, pain or stress you have learnt to tolerate. How I work
Although I’m based in London, my clients can be anywhere in the UK and beyond. Wherever possible, I like to meet with a client before we begin working together. For those who lead busy lives and have limited time available, coaching over the telephone is a great solution. It’s powerful, effective and focuses the mind, with measurable results. I compare it to having a facilitated meeting with yourself that sets you up for the day or week ahead! Each session is planned, prepared and structured to support you taking action towards your goals.
I also coach face-to-face if preferred, where time, distance and budget allows.
