There are turning points in life when women know they need to make changes, perhaps to rebuild confidence and self-belief, or address situations that drain their energy and hold them back. Recent events, past experiences or overload may have led to self-doubt and energy draining stress. Left unaddressed, the impact of stress affects quality of life, health and well-being, relationships and performance at work. Loss of confidence is equally undermining because it cuts to the very core of who we are and who we believe ourselves to be.
With innerpower, we aim to change that! The innerpower personal coaching programme is designed to increase your confidence and self-belief and help you develop a powerful personal profile that supports your future success, happiness and personal fulfilment.
We provide 1-1 coaching to professional women who are struggling to overcome challenges that drain their energy, undermine their confidence and limit their success. Our coaching sessions provide a powerful framework of support, challenge and accountability, with tools and strategies to help you take control, overcome the barriers and move towards your goals. You learn to work to your strengths, to identify and maximise opportunities and rediscover your personal power.
How does personal coaching work?
We recognise that for busy, professional women, time is our most valuable commodity and therefore have created a personal coaching programme that is both accessible and effective, no matter where you are or how limited your time.
Once we have agreed to work together, we commit to a regular (usually weekly) time for our coaching calls, and speak over the telephone. These coaching calls are powerful, focussed and effective to help you achieve measurable outcomes, as you move towards your goals.
