How personal coaching works
The coaching relationship is a partnership, where we are both fully committed to helping you achieve your goals and your vision of success. One-to-one coaching means you have bespoke support, challenge when it’s needed and the accountability to help you be your best self.
How I work
Although I’m based in London, my clients can be anywhere in the UK and beyond. Wherever possible, I like to meet with a client before we begin working together. For those who lead busy lives and have limited time available, coaching over the telephone (or through Skype) is a great solution. It’s powerful, effective and focuses the mind, with measurable results. I compare it to having a facilitated meeting with yourself that sets you up for the day, week or month ahead! Each session is planned, prepared and structured to support and help you take action towards your goals.
I also work face-to-face if preferred, where time, distance and budget allows.
